Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is hiring a technician to perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment at the 4800 Lubbock, TX location. You will work Monday–Friday with early afternoon to evening hours and some weekend on-call shifts, maintaining equipment and ensuring reliable service.

Starting pay ranges from $27.39 to $33.04 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities include incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC certification preferred.
• 0–3 years general technical experience; refrigeration/HVAC experience preferred.
• Plumbing and electro/mechanical experience; basic diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude; basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record within policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver equipment to perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment including preventive maintenance.
• Keep refrigeration equipment in proper operating condition.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Prepare equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure vehicle has appropriate levels of parts inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required. Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
• Experience: 0-3 years of general technical experience required. 1 plusyears of refrigeration/HVAC experience preferred. Plumbing and electro/mechanical experience. Prior diagnostic troubleshooting. Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude. Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines. HVAC certification preferred.
