Borden Dairy Company in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a warehouse associate to support production and distribution. You will transfer finished products, load/unload, label products, and record stock movements in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires basic reading/writing in English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Forklift certification is preferred per location and safety compliance is essential.

Qualificações

• Ability to read chemical labels and follow safety procedures for food-grade products.
• Ability to accurately record data and maintain organized records.

Responsabilidades

• Transfer finished products manually or with handling equipment.
• Load, unload, stack, and move ingredients or products as assigned.
• Sort, bundle, and package items or assemble product units.
• Label product loads and ensure proper identification.
• Record stock movement in and out of designated areas.
• Monitor materials, products, and equipment and report irregularities.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and complete sanitation tasks.
• Support team goals with additional duties as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Transfer finished products manually or using material handling equipment.
• Load, unload, stack, and move ingredients or products as assigned.
• Sort, bundle, and package items or assemble product units.
• Label product loads and ensure proper identification.
• Record stock movement in and out of designated work areas.
• Monitor materials, products, and equipment throughout the process and report any irregularities to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete assigned sanitation tasks.
• Supports team and organizational goals through additional duties as required

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to read chemical labels and follow safe handling procedures for food-grade products.
• Ability to accurately record data.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability and willingness to workovertime, weekends, holidays, andvarious shiftsas required.
• Demonstrated ability to workindependently and collaborativelyin fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Must maintain a valid forklift certification issued by the company, per location requirements.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Routinely lift and carry items weighing up to60 lbs.
• Frequently pull loads up to270 lbsusing a pull rod while walking in reverse.
• Performfrequent physical activitiesincluding lifting, reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, and kneeling.
• Ability tostand and walk continuouslythroughout the duration of the shift.
• Work forextended periods in cold, damp environments.
• Maintainconstant mental focusand situational awareness to ensure safety and efficiency.
