Job summary

Moorhead High School in Moorhead, MN is seeking a Cooks Helper for a 6 hour shift to assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals. You will handle POS operations for breakfast and lunch, and assist with cleaning and maintaining the food service area.

The role requires cooperation with the Head Cook, FNS staff, students and district personnel to ensure smooth service and adherence to menus and procedures. This is a part-time, on-site position with a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Operates point of sale system for breakfast and lunch service.
• Works with staff to maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.

Shift Hours- 7:45am-2:15pm

Location-Moorhead High School- 2300 4th Ave S.

Assists in preparation and serving of nutritious meals to customers. Handles the point of sale operation for the Breakfast and Lunch customer service lines. Assists with the cleaning and maintenance of the food service facility and equipment. Communicates promptly and works harmoniously with the Head Cook, FNS Staff, Students and District Staff.
