The Summit Bechtel Reserve is seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. This position assists with culinary functions at the dining halls to include preparing and providing quality and nutritional food service in support of Scouting America programs.
The Cook will be responsible for cooking and preparing food using standard recipes and production guidelines while following food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures. The individual in this role should safely handle knives and equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, etc.

Essential Functions:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Food safety certification training provided at the Summit.
