Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2+ years of product development experience.
• Experience translating design concepts into manufacturable components.
• Familiarity with CAD, PLM, DVP&R, FMEA and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate product level requirements into subsystem design criteria.
• Develop and verify subsystem/module/component designs on schedule and cost targets.
• Release subsystem designs with CAD drawings and BOMs.
• Manage design tradeoffs among cost, performance and aesthetics.
• Coordinate prototype build plans and lab testing with cross-functional teams.
• Lead design previews and maintain design documentation.
