Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a full-time production worker in Utah to cover vacations and absences across cookie processing, packaging, and robotics teams. The role involves setting up and operating machines safely, with heavy lifting required, and ensuring clean, compliant work areas with accurate paperwork.

The position may also take on other production tasks as needed, with Sundays included in shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Preferred to have production line manufacturing experience or to have food service and food handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Replace operators for vacations or absences on cookie processing, packaging and robotics teams.
• Set-up, operate, and adjust all machines in a safe and productive manner; heavy lifting is required.
• Keep work areas clean and complete proper paperwork and data entry.
• When product being run or schedule changes do not require this position, may be scheduled in other areas.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Comply with food safety procedures and follow plant GMPs.
• Swing shift; will work most Sundays.
