Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is hiring an entry-level Production Worker on 2nd shift in Richmond, UT. You will perform production line duties, assist cupping and packaging, and ensure quality through GMPs. The role requires basic schooling (HS Diploma or GED) and often 1 year of production experience.

Weekly schedule may include Sundays; starting pay is $20 per hour with benefits from day one. Applicants must understand English, be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform various production line duties, including manual handling of product and visual quality inspection.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, maintain housekeeping, and adhere to safety requirements.
• Assist cupping and packaging tasks on a conveyor line, operate with both hands, and rotate belt sides as needed.
• Lift up to 25 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally; stand for long shifts, ability to read instructions.
