Job summary
Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Bike Delivery Courier for our Upper West Side store at 405 Amsterdam Ave, New York NY 10024. You will be the Boots on the ground, delivering Cookie Magic to fans with speed, safety, and a smile.
Responsibilities include checking orders for accuracy, delivering cookies, milk, and ice cream, and providing friendly customer service in person or by phone. Must have own bicycle, smartphone, and be 18+ to work in the United States.
Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
- Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order.
- Must have a smartphone with data plan.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
Responsibilities
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
- Deliver our cookies, milk, and ice cream to our fans in a timely and safe fashion.
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
- UseInsomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
