Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Durham, NH is hiring Delivery Drivers to bring hot cookies and desserts to customers with speed and a smile. This role is ideal for someone who loves fast-paced, friendly service and knows the local two-mile radius around the store.

As part of our team, you will use our delivery app, maintain safe driving, and provide outstanding customer experiences while handling orders and payments. You must have a car, license, insurance, and a smartphone to join our growing brand.

Qualifications

• Must have your own car, driver’s license, valid registration, and valid insurance.
• Must be able to pass motor vehicles background check.
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fan base in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

As a Delivery Driver, you are the "boots on the ground" and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery.
