Job summary

Insomnia Cookies, Indianapolis store, is seeking a Cookie Crew Delivery Driver to bring warm cookies and happiness to customers. You’ll split time between the bakery and the road, delivering orders and assisting in the bakery.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with their own vehicle, valid license and insurance, a smartphone, and availability evenings/nights/weekends/holidays; competitive hourly pay with tips and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance.
• Must be able to pass motor vehicles background check.
• Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely, accurately, and with a smile.
• Ensure every order arrives warm, complete, and ready to impress.
• Navigate using GPS and delivery technology while following safe driving practices.
• Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
• Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pickup orders.
• Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe.
• Work closely with your bakery team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
