Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Cookie Crew Delivery Driver to brighten customers’ evenings by delivering warm cookies and memorable moments to Dallas neighborhoods. You’ll split time between deliveries and assisting in the bakery, helping guests and keeping orders moving smoothly.

A valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and evening/weekend availability are required. We offer competitive hourly pay plus tips, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Access to a reliable insured vehicle.
• Current auto insurance meeting state minimum requirements.
• Smartphone capable of running delivery apps.
• Availability evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely and with a smile.
• Ensure every order arrives warm, complete, and ready to impress.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery technology while following safe driving practices.
• Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
• Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pickup orders.
• Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe.
• Work closely with your bakery team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
• Help create the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back.
