Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Santa Barbara is seeking a friendly Delivery Driver to bring warm cookies and desserts to our fans. You’ll split time between the bakery and the road, delivering with our delivery app and providing great guest service.

This role requires a licensed, insured vehicle, a smartphone, and availability evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is $20 per hour plus tips, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company requirements.
• Current auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements.
• Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fan base, in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia's delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
