Job description

Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country, and we are actively interviewing Delivery Drivers for our Lakewood store located at 18508 Detroit Ave, Lakewood OH 44107. As a Delivery Driver, you are our "Boots on the ground!" and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery. You deliver the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A DELIVERY DRIVER?

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide excellent customer service through positive and professional interactions, in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Keen knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
• Must have your own car, valid license, registration, and insurance
• Must pass a motor vehicle background check
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
