Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country, and we are currently hiring Delivery Drivers for our CWRU store located at 11308 Euclid Ave, Cleveland OH 44106. As a Delivery Driver, you are the main face outside of the bakery and our "Boots on the ground!" You deliver the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A DELIVERY DRIVER?

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions, in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
• Own a car, with valid license, registration, and insurance
• Pass a motor vehicle background check
• Own a smartphone with data plan
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
