Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Car Delivery Driver for our Univ of Rochester store at 1333 Mt Hope Ave, Rochester NY 14620. You will deliver cookies and desserts to fans, providing friendly customer service and timely updates via the delivery app.

The role offers guaranteed minimum pay of $15.75 per hour with potential to earn up to $21.00 per hour, up to 30 hours per week, paid vacation and sick time, and free cookies with every shift. A flexible part-time schedule is available.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must have own car, license, valid registration, and insurance.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Smartphone with data plan required.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fan base, in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia's delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

As a Car Delivery Driver at our Univ of Rochester store located at 1333 Mt Hope Ave, Rochester NY 14620, you are our "Boots on the ground!", and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word "Delivery" a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.
