Insomnia Cookies is a rapidly growing late-night bakery known for delivering warm cookies and treats. We are currently hiring Delivery Drivers for our UNCC store located at 9211 N Tryon St, Charlotte NC 28262. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the main face of our brand outside of the bakery, delivering our delicious treats to customers and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality and accuracy of orders before leaving the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream promptly and safely.
• Provide professional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Use the company’s delivery app to update order statuses.

Qualifications:

• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Knowledge of the local delivery area is a plus.
• Own a car, valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance.
• Pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Smartphone with data plan.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
