Insomnia Cookies in Lexington KY is seeking a friendly Delivery Driver to bring warm cookies to guests and provide exceptional hospitality. You will be the daytime face of the bakery, delivering orders on time with a smile during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Split between the bakery and the road, you’ll assist with prep, packaging, and may help bake treats. You’ll use GPS to navigate safely, operate the register, and help create moments customers remember.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company requirements.
• Current auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements.
• Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely, accurately, and with a smile.
• Ensure every order arrives warm, complete, and ready to impress.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery technology while following safe driving practices.
• Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
• Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pickup orders.
• Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe.
• Work closely with bakery team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
• Help create the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back.
