Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role.
• Must be personable, genuine, and outgoing.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the store and take their orders.
• Help customers understand menu items and answer questions.
• Bake cookies and scoop ice cream to perfection.
• Ensure correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery.
