As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Delmar Loop store located at 6301 Delmar Blvd. St Louis, MO 63130, you are the ultimate Insomniac. Not only are you the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, but you also get to bake all of our delicious Warm and Fresh cookies!

WHAT ELSE WILL I DO AS A MEMBER OF THE COOKIE CREW?

• Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve with a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Prior experience in a customer service role (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, and outgoing demeanor
• Ambitious and motivated
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Meet food safety standards, including HEP-A vaccination within 30 days of employment
