Job description

Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest-growing late-night sweet indulgence companies in the country, and we are set to open our newest store in Riverside, CA later this year! Currently, we are actively interviewing Cookie Crew members for our store located at 1299 University Ave Ste 103, Riverside, CA 92507.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You will be the point of contact at the front of the store for customer interactions and also have the opportunity to bake our delicious cookies!

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A COOKIE CREW MEMBER?

• Greet guests promptly and take their orders following procedures
• Assist customers with menu questions and repeat orders for accuracy
• Create a warm customer experience with a smile, in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream
• Package and deliver orders promptly and correctly
• Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Customer service experience preferred
• Personable, genuine, and outgoing personality
• Ambitious attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
