Join Our Cookie Crew at Insomnia Cookies!

As a member of our Cookie Crew at the Oklahoma store located at 1131 N. Walker Ave Oklahoma City, OK 73103, you will be the face of our store, engaging with customers and baking our delicious cookies!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and take their orders following store procedures
• Assist customers with menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders for accuracy
• Create a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream
• Ensure timely and correct delivery of orders
• Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
