As a member of the Cookie Crew at our USC store located at 929 W. Jefferson St., Suite 1620 Los Angeles, CA 90089, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You will be the point person at the front of the store, interacting with customers and baking our delicious cookies!

WHAT WILL I DO AS A COOKIE CREW MEMBER?

• Greet guests promptly and take their orders
• Help customers understand menu items and answer questions
• Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders
• Handle cash and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Customer service experience (preferred)
