Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring at our Columbia store to join the Cookie Crew. You will be the point person at the front of the store, greet guests, take orders, and ensure a warm, friendly experience.

You will bake all cookies, scoop ice cream, and help with delivery orders while maintaining accurate cash handling and a clean bakery. Nights, weekends, and holidays work are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service–focused role – preferred.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items and confirm orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm experience in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies and scoop ice cream.
• Package and send fast, warm, correct delivery orders.
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery.
