This store is located at 118 Jay St, Schenectady, NY 12305. As a Cookie Crew member, you will be the ultimate Insomniac, interacting with customers and baking our delicious cookies!

Additional responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests promptly and taking their orders
• Helping customers understand menu items and ensuring order accuracy
• Providing a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone
• Baking cookies and scooping ice cream
• Ensuring orders are packaged and delivered quickly and correctly
• Handling cash and payments accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery

Desired skills & experience:

• At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focus with a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Good communication, organizational, and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
