• At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred.

Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country. We are currently actively interviewing for our Cookie Crew at our brand new Bethlehem location.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You will be the point of contact at the front of the store, interacting with customers, and also baking our delicious cookies!

Additional responsibilities of a Cookie Crew member include:

• Greeting guests promptly and taking their orders according to procedure
• Helping customers understand menu items, answering questions, and confirming orders for accuracy
• Providing a warm, friendly experience both in person and over the phone
• Baking cookies to perfection and serving with a scoop of ice cream
• Ensuring fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and dispatched efficiently
• Handling cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery environment

Desired Skills & Experience:

• At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focused with a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Strong communication, organizational, and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
