Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a Cook to set up the cooking line and prepare food for service in designated stations, following recipes and established standards. The role requires maintaining a clean and sanitary work area and preparing meals to meet guest orders in a fast-paced environment.

Two years of culinary experience in a high-volume operation, or one year of training plus one year of experience, and the ability to read recipes and communicate in English are required.
