Job Summary

The Team Member Cross Trained Cook plays a vital role in creating an environment aligned with The Flame Broiler's values, culture, and standards. Under the supervision of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, this role involves executing operational procedures, upholding the brand, and embodying the company's core values and guiding principles.

Responsibilities

Back of House (BOH)

• Prepping all assigned products and preparing proteins for cooking according to standards.
• Cooking proteins, cleaning workstations, and ensuring proper inventory rotation.
• Preparing rice and vegetables, maintaining quality, and following portioning standards.
• Performing dishwashing duties and station organization.

Front of House (FOH)

• Ensuring guest experience meets standards, inputting orders accurately, and handling POS transactions.
• Expediting orders, delivering meals timely, and maintaining service standards.
• Building rapport with guests, communicating menu details, and managing special requests.

Team Chemistry

• Assisting team members, adhering to attendance and safety policies, and completing training certifications.
• Handling guest complaints, following cash handling procedures, and promoting safety.

Additional Details

Starting hourly rate: $20.00
