Job Summary

The Team Member Cross Trained Cook plays a vital role in creating an environment where the values, culture, and operating standards of The Flame Broiler, Inc. can thrive. Under the supervision of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, this role involves executing operational procedures, upholding the brand, and embodying the company's values and culture.

Responsibilities
Back of House (BOH)
  • Prepping all assigned products, including proteins, rice, and vegetables.
  • Cooking proteins according to standards and ensuring quality and freshness.
  • Cleaning workstations and equipment.
  • Communicating with FOH for orders and modifications.
  • Rotating defrosted proteins properly and organizing inventory.
Front of House (FOH)
  • Ensuring guest experience meets standards.
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently in POS system.
  • Delivering meals timely and building rapport with guests.
  • Communicating menu details, substitutions, and special requests effectively.
Team Chemistry
  • Assisting team members and completing training certifications.
  • Handling guest complaints and adhering to safety and cash handling procedures.
Additional Details

Starting hourly rate: $20.00
