Job summary

Convive Brands, operator of Le Pain Quotidien, is hiring entry-level kitchen team members in New York. You will prep and execute menu items, maintain cleanliness, and support the Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Knife-handling experience is a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred.
• Ability to be cross-trained in all kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Prep and execute all menu items per LPQ standards.
• Maintain clean, organized areas; follow cleaning checklists.
• Assist Kitchen Manager in maintaining proper par levels and prep sheets.
• Conduct line checks for quality control.
• Use proper tools and ingredients for each menu item.
• Follow opening, mid, and closing procedures per checklists.
