Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares and portions food items with high quality.
• Prepares meals according to planned menus.
• Check food storage areas daily to ensure proper rotation.
• Supervise production and kitchen staff to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain sanitary regulations and policies in daily operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet residents' needs.
• Communicate clearly with staff and residents in English.
