Job summary

Integral Senior Living (ISL) is seeking a Cook to join our team in a Senior Living community. The role involves preparing hot and cold items across grill, sauté, salad-bar, and service lines, following standardized recipes and portion control.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living is preferred
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential

Job description

Saturday & Sundays 2PM to 8PM. Must be able to pass background check and obtain fingerprint clearance card. Schedule might vary, weekends and holidays included.

Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items which requires working on the grill, sauté station, salad‑bar and on the service line
• Ensure the proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and the standardized recipes
• Taste and prepare food to determine quality and palatability
