Job description

Need an experienced cook with a minimum of five+ years in the preparation of authentic Mexican food. Must be knowledgeable in all kinds of different Mexican food and side dishes. The main cook shall be responsible for the kitchen staff to also help provide all our prepared food with exacting standards of authentic Mexican dishes. Our commitment shall remain to assuring our customers that they can count on every dish from our kitchen of being the highest quality.
