Position Summary

Responsibilities

• You will provide restaurant-style dining while supporting our commitment to using whole, fresh, local, and sustainable products wherever economically possible
• You will order supplies, prepare food items, ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are met, and maintain cooler and freeze stocks
• You will utilize your strong culinary background in our fast-paced, team-oriented, high volume, and customer service focused environment
• You will apply your enthusiastic, food-centric attitude and will possess the ability to collaborate to provide a quality product and exceptional experience for our customers

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Current Washington State Food Handler’s Card required
• Serve-Safe certification preferred
• Minimum two (2) years cooking experience in casual to fine dining, hotels or healthcare line cook

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $21.99 - $33.44 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
