Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Glen Mills, PA is seeking a proactive kitchen leader to guide and develop a team of cooks, shaping menu execution and guest satisfaction. You will drive operational excellence, uphold safety standards, and mentor staff to grow their culinary skills.

In this role, you’ll work with sous chefs, oversee daily prep and service, and coach teammates to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes while promoting a positive, people-first kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of prep or line cook experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of food safety and QA practices.

Responsibilities
