Cook - SIGN ON BONUS! - Legacy of Delano

Join Cura Hospitality as a Cook at The Legacy of Delano Senior Living Community in Delano, MN. We are offering a $500 SIGN-ON BONUS.

Schedule: Four 12-hour shifts with 3 days off! No late-night shifts, flexible schedules, and paid weekly with overtime available.

Position Summary

The Cook prepares, serves, and distributes food while ensuring excellent customer service. Tasks include food preparation, following safety policies, and maintaining quality standards.

Job Duties
  • Work in various departments such as tray line, dish room, cafeteria, and storeroom
  • Ensure proper portion control, temperature, and presentation of food
  • Set up workstations with ingredients and equipment
  • Prepare ingredients (chopping, peeling, etc.)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
  • Preferred prior cooking experience in institutional settings with high-volume, scratch cooking
