TerraBella Senior Living, part of Discovery Senior Living, is seeking a Cook for TerraBella Pheasant Ridge. You will work across grill, sauté, salad-bar and service line to prepare hot and cold menu items with focus on quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Senior Living preferred
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Great organizational skills a must
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items across grill, sauté station, salad-bar and service line.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving per menu cycle and recipes.
• Taste and assess food quality and palatability.
