Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Lakeville, MN is seeking a cook to join our dietary team. This part-time role features a mix of full shifts and half shifts, with weekend 9:30am-5:30pm full shifts and weekday breakfast or dinner half shifts.

Your responsibilities include cooking and cleanup according to planned menus for memory care and assisted living residents. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work with minimal direction in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; experience in Cook/Dietary roles preferred.
• Experience in a Senior Living community preferred.
• Related experience in Cook/Chef roles highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals as per menus.
• Assist with kitchen cleanup after each shift.
• Work a mix of full and half shifts including weekend mornings.
• Follow dietary guidelines for memory care and assisted living residents

TYPE: Part-time

PAY RANGE: $20-22/hr

SUMMARY:

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a Cook to join our dietary team! This a part-time position that works a mix of full shifts and half shifts within our senior living community. Full shifts are 9:30am-5:30pm on weekends. Half shifts are weekday breakfast or dinner shifts. Menus will be planned in advance, only cooking & clean-up required.

Our Senior Living communities have 32 beds in Memory Care + Assisted Living. If you want to make a difference in the lives of older adults and love being in the kitchen, this may be the opportunity for you!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma
• Related experience in a Cook, Chef, Dietary Aide, or Server role highly preferred
• Experience in a Senior Living community highly preferred
