Inspired Living in Sun City Center, FL, seeks a Cook to prepare high-quality meals according to the community's menu and nutritional standards. You will follow recipes and resident preferences, maintain food safety, and contribute to a warm, engaging dining experience for residents.

Join a collaborative Culinary Services team, help train staff, and ensure clean, safe kitchen operations while delivering meals residents look forward to.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of food service experience required.
• 3+ years of food service experience preferred.
• Passion for preparing quality food and serving others.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, can-do attitude.

What You'll Do

• Prepare high-quality meals according to the community's menu and nutritional standards.
• Follow recipes, special diets, and resident preferences with care and attention to detail.
• Prepare food safely while maintaining proper temperatures, storage, sanitation, and food-handling standards.
• Get to know resident likes and dislikes and help create meals residents look forward to.
• Support an exceptional dining experience by interacting with residents and responding to their needs and feedback.
• Keep the kitchen, equipment, storage areas, and food preparation spaces clean, organized, and safe.
