Job summary

Presidio Golf Course in San Francisco seeks a Cook for the Ironwoods Bar & Grill, located on one of America’s most iconic public golf courses within the Presidio National Park. You’ll join a culinary team delivering memorable experiences to golfers, wedding guests, and event attendees.

As a Cook, you’ll help prepare breakfast and lunch for daily service and assist with banquets, tournaments, and special events.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, banquet, hotel, or golf club kitchen preferred but not required.
• California Food Handler Card or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
• Passion for hospitality and great food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, banquet, tournament, and special event service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Properly store, label, and rotate food products.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization.
• Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen and front-of-house team members.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience every day.
