Job Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of foods according to recipes and guidelines
• Set up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment
• Measure, chop, and prepare ingredients
• Use utensils and equipment safely
• Cook using various methods such as baking, roasting, broiling, steaming
• Garnish and portion food according to standards
• Store food safely following policies
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets
