Weekday and weekend availability 11:00 am to 7:30 pm

Job Responsibilities

The cook position should understand and complete production for a la carte and banquets using standardized recipes as well as proper set up and stocking of station-based par sheets. Must have a high level of skill and technique in an a la minute line production environment. Must be able to read tickets clearly, produce a consistent product in a high-volume situation, and any special production necessary deemed by a supervisor.


Educational Requirements

High school education and Serve Safe certification a plus.


Job Related Qualifications

A working knowledge of cooking techniques and procedures is mandatory as well as an understanding of proper food storage, temperature holding, and sanitation.
