Duties and Responsibilities

The individual in this position is expected to:

• Complete all training requirements including Zaxby's Back of House Development Plan, station training, and additional required training.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service and maintain awareness of current promotions.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to standards, ensuring safety and sanitation.
• Maintain product levels, assemble and package orders, and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and storing food safely.
• Follow all safety guidelines and complete tasks with urgency.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.

Capability Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally stoop or climb.
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Ability to work in temperature-varied environments and operate restaurant equipment safely.
