Job Overview

Whether serving frozen yogurt or participating in a sit‑down meal, Cook Professionals provide an exceptional culinary experience through ingredient selection, food preparation, and presentation standards.

Essential Functions

• Partner with manager to exploit current culinary trends and implement new on‑brand initiatives
• Collaborate with manager to create menus for special events as needed
• Work with Restaurant Manager to ensure effective communication with co‑workers
• Act as a motivating presence and leader to the staff, continually improving and exceeding customer expectations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of direct culinary experience
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Essential Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing/walking around store or department
• Reaching, crouching, kneeling, and stooping as required
• Working in a warm kitchen environment
• Frequently lifting or moving up to 25 lbs
