The Cook prepares residents' meals according to planned menus that meet dietary requirements. Ensures the cleanliness, safety, organization, and maintenance of the kitchen in compliance with local, state, federal regulations, and OSHA standards. Reports to the Dining Service Manager, assists dietary staff, manages food and supply orders, ensures proper food storage, and maintains kitchen equipment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, preferably with healthcare industry experience. Must have fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management, and professional appearance, speech, and behavior.
