Job summary

Boise Co-op is seeking an experienced cook to prepare fresh, high-quality dishes and keep Grab & Go cases stocked. You will follow approved recipes, uphold food safety standards, and work with the team to maintain production flow.

You will plan daily production, manage inventory, and help in prep and setup while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Knowledge of knife safety and food handling protocols.

Responsibilities
