Job summary

Bally's is seeking a Cook to prepare food items according to menu specifications and standard recipes for service across all outlets, with a focus on picture‑perfect plate presentation. You will operate kitchen equipment, prepare hot and cold sauces, check stations for cleanliness, and work with staff to assemble dishes.

• Ensure consistent product delivery to the customer.
• Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Actively participate with staff to cook, prepare, dish-up and assemble all food for assigned outlet(s).
