- Follow compliance with sanitation and safety requirements for culinary equipment to assure proper operation and maintenance.
- Ability to walk, stand and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisors/managers.
- Culinary degree a plus, but not required.
