Responsibilities

1. Assist with routine meal preparation and special event food service.
2. Perform advance prep, breakfast or supper cooking, or assist Cook Level 2 with dinner or special foods.
3. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, broilers, steamers, and more.
4. Work independently to perform meal prep tasks following recipes and procedures.
5. Prepare hot and cold foods, record food temperatures, and ensure palatability.
6. Serve food and beverages according to standards.
7. Complete and store preparation records and handle food supplies properly.
8. Follow safe food handling techniques and promote a sanitary environment.
9. Collaborate with team members across departments.

Requirements

• Off every other weekend
