Job summary

Zaxby's is hiring at its Clinton, TN location. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour. Cooks will prepare, cook, and assemble orders, stock inventory, and maintain food safety standards while delivering friendly service to guests. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week
• Able to perform physical tasks and operate kitchen equipment

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Back of House Development Plan and hands-on stations training.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Prepare menu items according to company standards and in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and keep work areas organized.
• Assist with guest service and front of house operations.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory deliveries and maintain inventory storage areas.
