Job summary

Zaxby's is expanding and hiring team members in Bristol, TN. As part of the kitchen and service crew, you will receive and stock inventory, prepare, cook and assemble orders, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met by following SOPs.

You will provide friendly, enthusiastic service and help guests enjoy a great dining experience. We offer flexible scheduling, free meals on shift, 50% off meals off shift, early access to pay, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Engage in training requirements including hands-on stations training
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests
• Prepare menu items according to company standards and in a safe and sanitary manner
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Receive and stock incoming inventory deliveries
• Assist with guest service and front of house operations
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures
